Pickus & Associates, P.C., and Hill, Tucker & Marsh, P.C., in March 2002. Hill, Tucker &
Marsh, P.C., was the pioneer in civil rights in the commonwealth of Virginia from 1950 through
1980 creating landmark decisions before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. As
such, this firm received the highest honors from the president of the United States of America,
various governmental agencies and numerous civic organizations. With the merger of Jackson,
Pickus & Associates, P.C., the new firm evolved into a full-service law firm facilitating the legal
needs of the public, businesses, corporations, associations and governmental agencies.

    in the 8(a) program laws, as well as contributed to the new legislation regarding minority-owned
    firms who have graduated from the 8(a) program; published articles for a business
    periodical informing minority-owned businesses of the opportunities available with the
    Small Business Administration and other legislative programs
